Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Bubish Luxe Pty Ltd.
Please read our terms and conditions carefully as making a purchase or becoming a bübish member signifies acceptance of these terms. These terms and conditions are subject to change at any time without notice. Every transaction is governed by the terms and conditions in place at the time of the transaction.

Any sales that utilise the Black Friday Sale Discount Code are subject to the below terms and conditions of sale.
What's included in the sale?
All items on our e-boutique are included in this sale - excluding Bridal Packages.
Can I return or exchange my order?
Black Friday + Cyber Monday orders are nonrefundable. All orders during this sale period that utilise the Black Friday discount code are considered FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return or exchange.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because of the volume of orders we receive during our sale, unfortunately we cannot change or cancel your order after it is placed.
Can I combine the Black Friday Cyber Monday sales with any other promo codes?
These sales are so steep that they cannot be combined with any other offers.
Can I get apply the Black Friday Cyber Monday discounts to a previous order?
These sales are for new orders only and cannot be applied to past orders.
How much + how fast is shipping?
Standard Shipping for all US domestic orders is $20USD and takes 5-9 business days to arrive. Our Express Shipping service is $40USD and will arrive in 3-4 business days. For more information about shipping, please click here. Please note: All purchasable items are in our warehouse, ready to ship. However, due to COVID-19 & high order volumes during this time, our shipping partners will likely be experiencing some delays that are out of our control. Please allow up to 5 business days from the time you place your order for your order to ship.
Please note: due to ongoing limited air capacity and the backlog of parcels during this busy time, our shipping partners are currently experiencing delays that are out of our control. Please allow up to 7 days for your item(s) to ship.
Unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded only exchanged for a credit note or products of equal or greater value. There are no refunds on sale items. This includes flash sales and special discount codes.
Refunds are not accepted for orders where discount codes have been used.
If you aren't satisfied with your purchase where a discount code has been used, please lodge a request for an exchange or credit note via our returns portal within 7 days. If the item you are seeking to exchange for isn't in stock a credit note will be issued. This credit note has a 3 year expiry.
Please note a $10.00 shipping fee will be automatically sent to the customer upon the exchange approval. Once the $10.00 exchange fee has been processed by the customer and we have received your return your exchange will be sent out with tracking provided.
Exchanges or credit notes are only accepted if a request has been lodged via our returns portal within 7 days of receiving your item. Once your refund/exchange request has been approved, please ensure you post your item(s) back to us within 5 days. If items are not posted within this timeframe, returns will not be accepted and consequently, cannot be processed. There are no further exchanges, refunds or credit notes issued beyond this.
Please note all purchases made with credit notes are non refundable - exchanges are accepted.
Final sale Items
Items that are marked down on sale and have been further reduced with a discount code are considered final sale items. Final sale applies to items that have been marked down to clear. Items that are marked with final sale are not eligible for return, unless in the event of them being faulty. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment and suggest contacting email@example.com for assistance, prior to purchasing.
The product description will be marked with 'final sale'. By purchasing a final sale item you agree that the item cannot be returned.
Out of stock items
If the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will be notified within three business days. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will provide alternate style or size options, otherwise we will issue a refund. If you agree to the alternate option - please note the same terms and conditions apply, whereby if they are considered a sale item or final sale item our terms and conditions apply. For example, sale items can only be exchanged. Final sale items cannot be returned as they have been reduced to clear.

-Dispatch and delivery dates are provided as a guide only. We take no responsibility for any failure to deliver products within the expected delivery time.
-Colours depicted should be used as a guide only as some fabrics and materials may appear different depending on lighting conditions resulting in colour variations shown on the website.
-Customers are responsible for the importation of products into their country, and must obey regulations concerning the customer requirements.
-Amendments to orders should be made by contacting bübish via email. Permission to amend an order will then be granted or refused. If an order has already been dispatched, we will not be able to exchange the product without approval.
-All prices in www.bubishluxe.com are in Australian Dollars and Include GST (Goods & Services Tax)
- Please note: our current shipment of satin dust bags has been delayed. For this reason all orders are packed in a different manner - without the bübish satin bag.
