Yes we do! We ship worldwide.

How long does shipping take?
Our international (orders outside of Australia) express shipping takes 3-10 business days. Please note delivery times can vary depending on location and once the order is with the courier, delivery times are out of our control. Where possible, we will endeavour to process orders for shipment on the same day of purchase. In peak times, please allow at least 1-2 day handling time before your order is dispatched. 

Orders which are placed over the weekend or on a public holiday will not be dispatched until the next business day.

What shipping courier do you use?
DHL, DHL Express and Australia Post International Express.

What do I do if I have not received a tracking number?
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail with your tracking number once your goods have been shipped. If you have not received a tracking number, that simply means that your order hasn't been shipped yet. For individual tracking or delivery concerns, please contact the shipping company directly. We take no responsibility for individual deliveries once the goods have been shipped.

Am I responsible for possible customs fees?
We ship worldwide with duties included in the total price at checkout so you will not be responsible for taxes and/or customs fees your country may charge for importing goods.
