Return & Refund Policy

Items can be returned for an exchange or refund within 7 days after receiving your order. If you choose to exchange your item(s) we can only accept one round of exchanges. You will be responsible for all shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please complete the Return / Exchange Request Form - here.

Beyond this 7 day period, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

There are no refunds, exchanges or store credits issued on sale items for change of mind.

Items purchased during flash sales or promotional sales (including promotional discount codes) can only be exchanged for a credit note or products of equal or greater value. 

There are no further exchanges, refunds or credit notes issued beyond this. *This excludes the first purchase sign up code 'bubishlove'. Purchases made using this code can return for refund or exchange within 7 days after receiving. All other promotion codes used are not eligible for a refund for change of mind. 

*Please note as Covid-19 is a known event any purchases made using discount codes (this includes flash sales *excluding our 10% off first purchase sign up code) are not eligible for a refund. Exchanges are accepted. 

During flash sales, stock levels may not update in real time which may delay delivery. Our team will communicate any delays within 1 - 2 business days after order is placed. Please note all purchases made with credit notes are non refundable - exchanges are accepted. 

Pre-order items are eligible for refund, exchange or store credit. 

All custom made orders to size are non refundable. Exchanges also do not apply. No discount codes can be used for custom made pieces. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned unused/unworn with all tags attached and in the same condition that you received it.

You will be responsible for all return shipping expenses. These costs are non-refundable. For items over $75, we recommend you use a trackable shipping service with insurance to cover lost items. We take no responsibility for lost or unreceived items. Refunds will not apply in this instance.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will forward you a notification email confirming that we have received the item and whether the refund has been approved or rejected.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed within 3-7 business days after receiving the garment, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment excluding shipping costs.

* Please note discount codes & special promotions are not applicable to bridal packages

 Late or missing refunds:

A receipt of refund will be forwarded to you. Please be patient if funds do not clear immediately. If funds do not clear within 5-7 business days, we suggest that you contact your bank or credit card company.
