10-Day Return Policy

You are welcome to lodge a return request within 10 days of your parcel being delivered. Once approved, your return must be lodged and sent back within 10 days of approval.

Return Conditions

Items must be returned in original condition, unworn, unwashed, unaltered, not sprayed with perfume, free from marks or damage, with all original packaging and tags attached.

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected.

Return Shipping

For returns, we provide a pre-paid return label for your convenience.

For US returns, a US$30 return label fee will be deducted from your refund. For all other locations, a US$39 return label fee will be deducted from your refund.

Return labels are generated automatically via our returns portal. The carrier used for your return (including USPS, UPS, FedEx, CanaPost, Royal Mail or DHL) is selected automatically based on the most suitable and cost-effective option for your location and parcel. Customers are not required to select a carrier or arrange shipping themselves.

Once your return is approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to return your order.

High-Value Returns (Over US$600)

For security and logistics reasons, returns with a total value over US$600 cannot be lodged through our online returns portal.

If your return value exceeds US$600, please contact our Customer Care team directly at: hello@bubishluxe.com

Our team will assist you with a secure, manually arranged return.

Return Timeframes

Once your return has been received and approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for processing.

Beyond our 10-day return period, we are unable to offer a return for exchange, refund or store credit.

  • 25% Off Storewide starts Thursday 29th January 2026 and ends Sunday 1st February 2026 11:59PM.
  • Prices as marked, no code needed.

  • Sale items purchased are valid for store credit only unless marked final sale.

Full Priced Items

Full priced items (excluding earrings and gift vouchers) can be returned for an exchange, 110% credit or refund within 10 days of receiving your order. The total amount refunded or credited will be minus original shipping charges.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method ie. credit card, gift card, Afterpay account, etc.

Due to sanitary and hygiene practices, we are unable to offer returns for earrings.

Once your refund/exchange request has been approved, please ensure you post your item(s) back to us within 7 days. If items are not posted within this timeframe, returns will not be accepted and consequently, cannot be refunded/exchanged.

After the initial exchange, there are no further exchanges, refunds or credit notes issued beyond this.

First Purchase Discount

Full priced items purchased with a discount code outside of a promotional sale, such as the welcome offer, can be returned for an exchange, credit or refund within 10 days of receiving your order.

This does not include discount codes that are part of a promotional period such as the exclusions listed below:

  • Online Shopping Night Sale
  • EOFY Sale
  • Black Friday
  • Boxing Day

Promotional Sales & Full Price Items With A Discount Code

Full priced items (excluding earrings and gift vouchers) purchased during a promotional sale period such as Online Shopping Night Sales, End of Season Sales and Black Friday where a discount has been applied at checkout manually or automatically, can only be exchanged for product(s) of equal or greater value or a store credit (valid for 3 years).

The total amount refunded/credited will be minus original shipping charges. Shipping costs of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer. Discount codes cannot be applied to previous orders. A discount code is only valid for a single transaction, and may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts or offers unless stated otherwise.

Please note: after the initial exchange, there are no further exchanges, refunds or credit notes issued beyond this.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale where a strikethrough price is displayed can only be exchanged for product(s) of equal or greater value or store credit (valid for 3 years). The total amount credited will be minus original shipping charges. Shipping costs of returning an item is the responsibility of the customer.

Sale Items With A Discount Code

Items that are marked sale and have been further reduced with a discount code are considered final sale items. 

Items that are marked with final sale are not eligible for return, unless in the event of them being faulty. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment and suggest contacting hello@bubishluxe.com for assistance, prior to purchasing.

Final Sale Items

Final sale applies to items that have been marked down to clear. Items that are marked sale and have been further reduced with a discount code are considered final sale items. 

Items that are marked with final sale are not eligible for return, unless in the event of them being faulty. We recommend choosing carefully to avoid disappointment and suggest contacting hello@bubishluxe.com for assistance, prior to purchasing.

The product description will be marked with 'final sale'. By purchasing a final sale item you agree that the item cannot be returned.

Pre-Order Items

Pre-order items are subject to our standard return Terms & Conditions.

In the case that a pre-order item is purchased during a sale and delivered within the stated period at the time of purchase, the item will be valid for return for store credit only.

Gift Vouchers

Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from date of purchase. Unfortunately gift vouchers are non-refundable. They can only be redeemed on our e-boutique.

Bridal Packages

Bridal Packages are eligible for the same returns procedure as full-priced orders. Please note no discounts can be applied to bridal packages as we gift a complimentary jacket within each package.

Faulty Items

We make every effort to ensure our product is of highest quality. In the rare event that you find a fault in an item you have ordered, please contact our Customer Care Team at hello@bubishluxe.com and ensure you include your order number and a photo of the fault in the email. Our Customer Care Team will respond with a solution. 

Out of Stock Items

If the items you have ordered are out of stock, you will be notified within three business days. If we cannot fulfil your order, we will provide alternate style or size options, otherwise we will issue a refund. If you agree to the alternate option - please note the same terms and conditions apply, whereby if they are considered a sale item or final sale item our terms and conditions apply. For example, sale items can only be exchanged. Final sale items cannot be returned as they have been reduced to clear.

Review Discounts

Review discounts can only be utilised on full priced items and not in conjunction with any other offer.

Custom Orders

All custom orders will incur a $50 fee.

As this is being made especially for you, please note that there are no returns on custom pieces.
