They have the worst customer service. I have been trying to reach out and someone names Bella from the customer service has been too mean when it comes to addressing the customers issues. I bought myself a coat which was not on sale, however I applied a promo from my side. According to them this makes it under the sale category and they are not ready to offer refund. However, they are not ready to understand that had it been without the promo code it would have still been a non sale item. Honestly they are not at all generous, at one point the customer service stopped replying to my emails and when I insisted them to reply they were like you case has been closed without even getting to the solution.
